History and Experience
Doctor Morris commenced private practice in 2002, after having previously worked as a Consultant Obstetrician Gynaecologist at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital as a staff specialist with an interest in high-risk obstetrics.
Doctor Morris’ undergraduate years were spent at the University of Sydney with a residence at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, and a senior registrar year at Monash Medical Centre in Melbourne, where he obtained membership of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists . He then worked overseas for four years, starting in Dublin with two years at the National Maternity Hospital and the Rotunda, then moving to London for one year while working at Queen Charlotte’s Hospital and The Royal Free Hospital. The following year he worked in Paris at Hospital Cochin.
Doctor Morris is an examiner for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and he is a training supervisor for registrars in obstetrics and gynaecology. Doctor Morris is both mentor and teacher to medical students.
Doctor Stephen Morris MBBS DCH MRCOG MRCPI FRANZCOG is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in the United Kingdom, Member of The Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, and he holds a Diploma in Child Health from the University of Sydney.
